Dodge's commercial supporting local farmers

Wake up early, get the kids off to school, Hit our 9 to 5, go watch your children's ball game, buy groceries from the store, cook dinner, then off to bed, to do it again tomorrow . Sounds like a typical day for a lot of us, but ranchers and farmers have to balance life’s demands with growing the food and energy we all depend on. And because most of us don’t live on a farm, it means there’s a lot to learn about where our stuff comes from and the lives of the people growing it.

The Farming industry is the true backbone of this nation, And our government knows this. They have been extorting the ranchers and farmers for a decade or longer.

The federal government allows grazing on federal lands, with the BLM reporting it administers around 18,000 grazing permits and leases on 157 million acres across the country each year. Currently BLM and the National Park Service have closed off access to almost 600,000 acres of federal land to conduct a roundup of cattle that graze there. At a minimum, (the federal government is) overreaching, trying to grab land that belongs to Ranchers, or worse, they are violating due process rights by just claiming that this land suddenly belongs to the federal government, just simply stealing it away from our citizens. This is just the latest symptom of what seems to be a federal government run amok that is messing in states’ rights and now messing in private property rights.

The United States Constitution defines the federal government, anything not defined belongs to the states, and /or the people. The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land. No law by the federal government, or the states can suppress anything in the Constitution. Every law in the United States must be Constitutional, or it is an illegal law. Null and void. Let us also add article 1, Section 8, clause 17 of the United States Constitution that states: “To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings.”.

“Territory or other Property” being the key issue here. A territory exists, and is owned, and managed, by the federal government. The land held in trust until it becomes a state. So therefore, none of this land is owned by the federal government, rather it is owned by the states.

The Declaration of Independence speaks of “free and independent states” In the American system no government is sovereign. The peoples of the states are the sovereigns. It is they who distribute powers between themselves and the state governments. Since the peoples of the states are the sovereigns, then when the federal government exercises a power of questionable intent , it is they themselves who are the proper disputants, as they review whether their agent was intended to hold such a power.

To conclude the battle with the BLM is justified under the supreme law of the land. The Government as a whole is slowly but surely infringing upon our god given rights. Now, ask yourself, what you would do if the government was robbing you of your property.
